Since 20 years we produce Die-casting Molds for the most varied sectors and Trimming tools for cleaning of die castings.
With 1800sqm of production plant we use highly technological machinery such as new generation cutting-edge multi pallets with 5 axis control able to work continuously 24h.
Our starting point is the development by our technical team of a functional and productive work cycle, a fundamental step for making each cycle more valuable.

Components that are increasingly more technological and which have to resist heavy-duty operation need to be studied in-depth right from the very start. Feasibility and the co-design approach with the client is the first essential step towards an excellent result.
Sharing information on critical areas, increasing performance in the most stressed areas, and modifying the form of the component are examples of how we develop parts and moulds.
The various design choices are virtualised and the final solution is produced according to objective data.
Each mould is supplied with a “user and maintenance manual”, so operators can verify processing at any moment and always have the assembly information they need close at hand.
The process data sheet with injection parameters optimises adjustment, so reducing sample times.
Thanks to our foundry experience, we can give specific indications to reduce costs while respecting shorter standard production times.
